Terms and Payment

• All prices are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars
  
  
• We're sorry, but we are unable to directly accept credit card payments
  
  
• Payment may be made in the following forms:
  • Cash 
  • Travelers' Cheques
  • Personal Checks
  • Money Orders or Cashiers Checks
  • PayPal (transaction charges may apply)
    
    
• Terms for Short-Term Rentals (2 months or less)
  • We require up to 50% of the total rent in advance in order to confirm your reservation
  • The balance of the rent is due at the beginning of your stay
  • A security (damage) deposit of $200 USD to $500 USD is payable at the beginning of your stay.  We prefer that the security deposit be paid as a separate personal check to expedite your refund.  Please allow 6-8 weeks after your departure for processing (if the unit has a direct-dial telephone line).
    
    
• Terms for Longer-Term Rentals (more than 2 months)
  • We require up to one month's rent to confirm your reservation
  • Each month's rent is due on the 1st day of that rental month
  • The security (damage) deposit is equal to 1 month's rent, and is payable at the beginning of your stay.  Part of that amount may be held after the unit has been vacated to cover pending long-distance telephone charges and a full inspection of the property.
