Mike McGuire has performed on CBC’s The Debaters, Rumours Comedy, Yuk-Yuks and all over Western Canada. His life’s journey has been a fairly smooth road. But every so often a rock will trip him up. In his typically upbeat fashion, he picks up that rock and polishes it into a gem of a story. His jokes are all part of his life experiences, some layered, some insightful and some plain old silly. Some poke fun at current events, some at his Metis roots but mostly at his own traits and habits. From racism to his own issues, he will get you to laugh WITH him or AT him, which is OK with him!
